Gilbert Farms currently has an operating radius spanning 70 miles from Central Indiana to Northwest Indiana. We have our own in-house logistics capabilities for moving machinery and field implements quickly and professionally.

These capabilities allow our operation to be mobile, and in essence, go wherever the opportunity to farm may present itself. We are licensed Class A CDL drivers and are US DOT compliant and follow all Federal Motor Carrier Regulations for moving our farm machinery. We also have roadside service assistance capabilities to service our own equipment, including heavy truck repair, on-site tire changing, and on-demand welding capabilities.

Gilbert Farms has hauling capabilities for various types of agricultural products, including ag lime, aggregate, bulk fertilizer and grain. Hauling these products ourselves helps to control our input costs.
