Our Background

Gilbert Farms is comprised of owners, Greg Gilbert and Natalie Gilbert.

We began our own farming operation in 2006, after we had an opportunity to farm both our family farms.

Greg came to the farm after working for Caterpillar, Inc. in Lafayette, Indiana, for 9 years as a Senior Materials Engineer.  

Greg graduated from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management, with a B.A. in Business Management. Greg is also a 10 year 4-H Member of Tippecanoe, County, Indiana.

Natalie came to the farm after working in real estate at Tucker Realty in Lafayette, Indiana. Natalie also has experience in property management, as she owned and managed her own income property business.

Natalie graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Communications. Natalie is currently a Member of the Farm Credit Services of Mid-America Advisory Board, of Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
